MY LITTLE RED BOOK

A twist on a doctrine; a code to live by; my own propaganda. Hope, Trust, Love… A wish to transform society in a secret revolution with words. Ideal ideology. Playful ideology. Loosely related to the symbolism of Mao Zedong’s ‘Little Red Book’ with a tilted spin.

(The original Little Red Book was published by the government of the People’s Republic of China from April 1964 until approximately 1976. It contained quotations from Mao Zedong’s past speeches and publications. It was an unofficial requirement for every Chinese citizen to own, to read, and to carry it at all times, especially during the cultural revolution.)
