‘XO’ is the recontextualization of the X’s from the themed exhibition ‘X Materia‘ at DZINE Gallery. I wanted to turn the historically symbolic definitions of the X’s in that series into a positive message of ‘XO’ — the ultimate symbol representing love — in different sizes and fonts. I also included my handwriting as the last XO. Love is love.
